This year, The Experience Strategy Collaboratives will focus on value creation. We will study how value is created through next-generation engagement; how transformations create value; the role of technologies in creating value; and, how to make channel strategy more effective.
It’s going to be a great year. I’m excited! And you are invited.
As part of the research we are doing for companies who join the Collaboratives this year, we are asking people who are involved in experience strategy to tell us more about their company’s approach to creating value through experiences.
So far, we’ve surveyed over 300 people who are involved in customer experience strategy activities. And there are some very interesting findings already. But we would like to hear from more of you, our readers!
